At this stage, all opportunities listed here are entirely voluntary. As an early-stage startup, we are currently investing every available resource into building SIYA and do not yet have the financial capacity to offer salaries or paid positions.
We believe in being completely honest about where we are today. We will never promise compensation that we cannot provide.
As SIYA grows, generates sustainable revenue, and expands its operations, we hope to create paid opportunities for contributors who continue to grow with the company. While future employment or compensation cannot be guaranteed, our goal is to build a team that can grow alongside SIYA as the business develops.
