Delivery Policy

SIYA MP is a 100% digital platform. This policy explains what is delivered, how and when — and what to do if activation ever fails.

1. Digital-only service

SIYA MP Global Systems (Pty) Ltd does not ship any physical goods. All products and services — the SIYA AI Assistant, Projects, Circles, Connect, Learn courses, certificates and downloads — are delivered digitally over the internet through our web platform and integrated apps.

2. Account creation

Account creation is instant. As soon as you sign up on /authyou receive access to the free tier of the platform. A welcome and verification email is sent to the address you provided.

3. Subscription activation

  • 5-Day Trial (R160): Activated automatically within 1–2 minutes of PayFast confirming payment (ITN callback).
  • Pro monthly (R816): Activated automatically within 1–2 minutes of PayFast confirming the first payment; renewals are silent.
  • Enterprise: Activated by our team within 1 business day of the signed order form and first invoice being paid.

In rare cases where the PayFast notification is delayed, activation may take up to 15 minutes. If activation has not completed within 15 minutes, email support@siyampglobalsystems.co.zawith your PayFast reference and we will activate manually within one hour during business hours.

4. Course and Learn content access

Courses on SIYA Learn are unlocked immediately upon subscription activation. You can start any course right away — there is no waiting period, physical delivery or shipment.

5. AI Assistant access

The SIYA AI Assistant is available immediately after sign-in. Paid features (deep research, voice mode, file analysis, screen analysis, unlimited projects) unlock automatically the moment your subscription becomes active.

6. Certificates

Completion certificates are generated automatically the moment you complete the final assessment of a course. They are downloadable as PDF from My Profile → Certificates. Certificates include a unique verification ID.

7. Downloads

Reports, exports and any file generated by the platform are available for immediate download from the relevant screen. Downloads remain available in your account for as long as your subscription is active and for the 30-day post-cancellation window described in our Cancellation Policy.

8. Expected activation times summary

  • Account creation — instant
  • Trial subscription — 1–2 minutes (max 15 minutes)
  • Pro subscription — 1–2 minutes (max 15 minutes)
  • Enterprise — 1 business day after signed order form
  • Course access — instant on activation
  • Certificates — instant on course completion

9. If activation fails

Email support@siyampglobalsystems.co.za or call +27 77 430 7645. Include your PayFast reference (m_payment_id). We respond within 1 business day and, if activation is impossible due to a proven technical failure on SIYA MP's side, assess the payment under our strict Refund Policy.
