GOVERNANCE, PRIVACY & TRUST

Protection requires
accountability.

Human life is the reason for the system. Privacy, lawful authority and qualified human judgment must shape how it is designed and how it could be used.

IN DEVELOPMENT · Design principles and requirements. The operational capabilities below are FUTURE SYSTEM concepts, not implemented or certified services.

Clear boundaries.
Responsible decisions.

Purpose before collection

Define a legitimate safety purpose, collect only relevant information and specify retention and deletion rules. People should understand how information is used.

Authorisation before access

Use role-based permissions, strong authentication and documented access reasons. Sensitive case information must be limited to appropriately authorised personnel.

Oversight throughout

Human review, accountability, independent oversight principles and transparent reporting should guide development and any approved deployment.

SIYA is proposing technology to support appropriate institutions. It is not a police force, a public accusation platform or a nationwide surveillance service.

AUTHORISED INVESTIGATION SUPPORT / FUTURE SYSTEM

Connections to examine.
Never automatic accusations.

Reconstruct context

Organise source-linked timelines, geographic information, documents and available video. Preserve uncertainty and distinguish observations from interpretations.

Support the case

Potential tools could organise evidence, correlate incidents and assist missing-person analysis using lawfully obtained information. SIYA would not replace investigators or courts.

Keep people responsible

AI surfaces connections. Qualified humans decide. Presence near an incident is not proof of guilt. Analytical suggestions require review and corroboration.

Explore a future missing-person workflow
  1. Report & structured case

Register the source, last known information, relevant times and authority for access.

  2. Timeline & geographic analysis

Review authorised location or presence information and available camera or sensor context. Record gaps and uncertainty.

  3. Search-area proposal

Qualified personnel assess a proposed area and appropriate ground or civilian drone support.

  4. Continuous case updates

Preserve updates, actions and decisions. Access stays limited to authorised personnel.

CYBERSECURITY / FUTURE SYSTEM

A system designed to protect people
must itself be protected.

Protect every connection

Identity protection, secure device authentication, wearable and sensor security, encryption and controlled communications are architectural requirements.

Monitor & respond

Threat monitoring, vulnerability management, command-system protection and security incident response would need dedicated implementation and testing.

Recover & improve

Backups, resilience, disaster recovery and independently assessed safeguards would support continuity. No certified security performance is claimed.

EVIDENCE & DATA INTEGRITY / FUTURE SYSTEM

Information with a history.

An accountable record should make its origin and handling understandable. The proposed audit trail would track:

  1. 01 / ContextWhat happened, when, where and the original source.
  2. 02 / AccessWho accessed the information and why.
  3. 03 / ChangesWhat changed, who changed it and when.
  4. 04 / Export & actionWhat was exported, to whom and what action followed.

These records would support integrity assessment. They do not by themselves establish evidentiary admissibility or prove an allegation.

EMERGENCY COORDINATION / FUTURE SYSTEM

The appropriate institution.
The relevant information.

Proposed coordination could support emergency medical services, fire and rescue, disaster management, municipal systems, search and rescue, and authorised law-enforcement stakeholders. Each connection would depend on agreed protocols and institutional authorisation.

SIYA’s intended role is technology, situational awareness and coordination support. No emergency services are dispatched through this website.

CONTACT PRIVACY

Your enquiry, handled for its purpose.

SIYA MP uses appropriately vetted technology and service providers to support secure hosting, data processing, communications and operational requirements. Personal information is protected through technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Specific infrastructure architecture, hosting topology, database technologies and security configurations are not publicly disclosed for security reasons.

Contact details and messages are used to route and respond to your enquiry. When you submit online, submissions are processed by the website’s hosting and email service providers and sent only to the displayed SIYA MP destination, with Information copied for institutional briefings. Your email address is set as Reply-To.

Enquiry message content is handled through communications services rather than retained in website records. Limited technical information supports abuse prevention and enquiry routing, with routing records retained for up to 24 hours and other anti-abuse records subject to short retention periods. Email copies remain in the recipient mailbox under SIYA MP’s administrative handling. The approved general-enquiry retention baseline is normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, subject to lawful holds. Mailbox deletion procedures remain an outstanding verification item.

Do not send confidential case material or sensitive identity, financial or health information here. For contact-data questions, correction or deletion requests, email admin@siyampglobalsystems.co.za.

FUTURE ACCESS MODEL

Universal Safety Access

Safety should not depend on income.

Safety should not depend only on a person’s ability to pay. SIYA MP is designing its long-term access model around individual, institutional and sponsored pathways so that essential protection can be made available as broadly and responsibly as resources and deployment partnerships allow.

SIYA MP intends to explore essential safety technology access through institutional procurement, government programmes, community deployment, sponsorship and other lawful funding structures. Future enhanced paid services may exist, but the long-term objective is not to protect only people who can personally afford premium technology. No subsidy, grant or national distribution programme currently exists through this proposal.

Prototype and production security

This website and its demonstrations communicate proposed systems. They are not production emergency infrastructure. Do not enter real victim, incident, identity, biometric, precise-location or continuous-tracking information into demonstrations or ordinary enquiry forms.

Before any system handling real public-safety information enters a public or institutional pilot, SIYA requires qualified engineering review, an independent security assessment and penetration test, remediation and re-testing of material findings, privacy review, operational incident-response procedures and the required approval. A prototype is not evidence of production security.
