SIYA DIGITAL SAFETY ID / CONCEPT
A proposed discreet personal safety device intended to help people request assistance, remain connected to appropriate support and contribute to a clearer picture when an incident occurs.
CONCEPT VISUALA low-profile design direction intended for comfortable, everyday wear and discreet access to personal safety support.
The ambition is a highly durable, tamper-resistant and tamper-detecting device, designed to stay with the person while allowing safe authorised and emergency removal.
Location by design: Emergency-only location is the proposed default. Additional tracking requires appropriate informed consent or lawful authority, a defined purpose and privacy safeguards. No continuous tracking or live location service is activated by this website.
These images show design intent. No manufactured device, proven durability or operating national network is claimed.
Research & technology collaborationProposed emergency activation could help connect a person with appropriate support.
Future location or presence support could assist an authorised search or incident response, with privacy safeguards.
Tamper awareness, accessibility and safe removal would be central to research and validation.
DETECTION & SENSOR SYSTEMS / FUTURE SYSTEM
Future sensing could help surface environmental hazards, infrastructure concerns or requests for assistance. SIYA’s proposed role is to bring useful context to qualified people who can assess what it means.
A sensor signal does not establish guilt or prove that a crime occurred. Human review and appropriate authority remain essential.

DIGITAL SAFETY ID / IN DEVELOPMENT
The first prototype programme focuses on a wrist-worn SIYA Digital Safety ID. Other forms remain future alternatives. Provisional patent application filed — CIPC application no. 2026/09347. This is not a granted patent.
Location preferences are intended to remain under the user’s control. Depending on the selected protection mode, a user could choose continuous location sharing for safety purposes or allow location only when an emergency, tamper event or other configured safety event occurs. Continuous tracking would not be enabled by default and would require the user’s explicit choice. Unavailable, disabled and not-authorised location are valid states; the system must not guess a person’s location.
Fitting, provisioning and support arrangements will be defined for each approved device or programme. Depending on the final validated design and deployment model, setup may be completed by SIYA MP Global Systems, an authorised deployment partner, an approved institution or through a controlled user setup process. Final arrangements will be communicated before any device is made available.
The device remains a concept in development. The Digital Safety ID is a wrist-device concept. Emergency-only location is the proposed default; optional tracking would require lawful authority and informed consent where applicable. There is no manufactured stock available to order. Registering interest is not a purchase, reservation or promise of availability.
