GOVERNANCE, PRIVACY & TRUST
Privacy Notice
How this website handles enquiries and personal information.
Who is responsible
SIYA MP Global Systems (Pty) Ltd handles website enquiries. For access, correction, deletion, objection or privacy questions, email admin@siyampglobalsystems.co.za. This is an administrative privacy contact; a registered Information Officer and physical contact address have not yet been confirmed for this notice.
Information you provide
Forms collect your name, email, country, subject, message and preferred contact method. Depending on the pathway, they may collect organisation, role, phone, department, region, organisation type, partnership or pilot interest, environment, capability of interest, additional information, estimated participants/sites, intended timeframe, current response environment, IT/security/privacy contact, procurement/funding status or investor request. Required fields are marked. Early-access enquiries record interest in future availability; they are not orders or reservations. We record your form acknowledgement with the enquiry. No file upload, payment or public account system is enabled.
Why it is used
We use these details to route and answer your requested enquiry, discuss a pilot, procurement, sponsorship or research, or follow up on the future availability you ask about. We use minimal technical records to prevent abuse and recognise repeat submissions. Providing optional information is voluntary; required fields are needed to process the selected request. These forms do not subscribe you to a general marketing list.
Recipients and processing
SIYA MP uses appropriately vetted technology and service providers to support secure hosting, data processing, communications and operational requirements. Personal information is protected through technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Specific infrastructure architecture, hosting topology, database technologies and security configurations are not publicly disclosed for security reasons.
Your enquiry is sent to the SIYA MP mailbox shown beside the form. Institutional briefings also copy info@siyampglobalsystems.co.za. Your email is used so SIYA MP can reply directly. Service providers may process information outside South Africa. The applicable provider arrangements and cross-border safeguards remain under review. The corporate website is publicly accessible; unpublished work and owner controls are managed separately.
Technical records, cookies and fonts
We process limited technical information to prevent abuse, recognise repeat submissions and track enquiry routing, separately from enquiry message content. Service providers may process request addresses, browser information, pages visited, times and response status in operational logs. This website has no added analytics or advertising scripts and sets no application tracking cookies. Service providers may use cookies for security and authorised access. Externally supplied fonts involve sharing normal connection information with the font service provider. Form entries are not saved in browser storage; copying a draft uses your clipboard only when you choose Copy.
Retention and safeguards
Limited enquiry-routing records are retained for up to 24 hours; other anti-abuse records have short retention periods and are removed through routine processing. Enquiry content remains in delivery-provider and destination mailbox records. The approved baseline is normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction for general enquiries, and up to 24 months of inactivity or until withdrawal for early-access interest, unless a lawful reason requires retention. Security investigation records have a 12-month baseline, subject to investigations or lawful holds. Provider log retention and deletion arrangements still require verification. These longer administrative baselines do not extend the short-lived website anti-abuse records. The website uses secure communications and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect enquiry processing and reduce abuse. These measures are not a guarantee of absolute security.
Your choices and sensitive information
You may request access or correction, ask for deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent to future-interest follow-up using the privacy contact above. Requests may require proportionate identity verification; applicable lawful record obligations may affect deletion. You may complain to the Information Regulator South Africa. Do not send children’s personal details, identity documents, live location, safety identities, emergency records, evidence or confidential case data through these forms. This website does not activate those future systems.
Notice status
Updated 6 October 2026. Information Officer details, the public physical contact address, implementation of mailbox deletion and provider governance remain outstanding verification items. This notice describes the present website; it does not claim POPIA certification or completion of the organisation’s wider compliance programme.
